Our Churches
The Anglican Parish of Diamond Creek was founded in 1862. It serves the community of the district through its three churches:
St John’s, Diamond Creek, is the main centre for worship and most activities. Around 300 attend its three Sunday services. St. John’s is ‘a family church’ with a concern to meet the needs of all age groups.
St Michael’s, Yarrambat was established in its present building 50 years ago. It has a regular Sunday worship service as well as a home fellowship group. Visitors can be assured of a very warm welcome.
St Katherine’s, Saint Helena is famous for its history founded originally as a chapel for the Beale Family soon after the Napoleonic Wars. It has a traditional church cemetery, which makes it almost unique in the Melbourne area.
